If you’re looking for a new or even used Jeep, see Noor. He helped out my mom along with my brother get a Jeep and it was the smoothest experience ever. You won’t regret it. Terrible experience, beware of Noor! If you are going to Colonial South, make sure you ask who the manager is you're dealing with. If it's Noor, run in the opposite direction. Noor had my trade appraised at 40% of the value I had gotten from two other dealerships and on top of that had the mechanic come and tell me that there could be a coolant leak (not true). When I asked if he had checked the coolant level to make sure there was one, he said he hadn't checked. They will low-ball you and lie to make you think there's something wrong with your car so you feel like you deserve a low appraisal. After I said I was gong to leave Noor suddenly decided he was going to pay that 40% more for the trade and his concern for the coolant leak magically disappeared. You have been warned. Stay away from this dealership and clear of Noor.John from Finance and Chip were great but too late to repair the damage Noor Ramhamy had done. More

just nowAwful customer service from MANAGERS!!! They just now Awful customer service from MANAGERS!!! They still owe my wife $13,675 for a 2018 Dodge Challenger she sold to them on October 31st. It's just now Awful customer service from MANAGERS!!! They still owe my wife $13,675 for a 2018 Dodge Challenger she sold to them on October 31st. It's now November 30th, a month later and although they paid off remaining balance of loan, they still owe her $13,675. All the while, they have the car for sale on their website even though they haven't finished paying the car off and they supposedly have no title. She's contacted the local News Stations and she's working with her attorney as well. Time to bring this company down and expose them for what they really are....shady thieves!!!! More

Said one thing, did the opposite Advertised one price, then brought me out a purchase and sale agreement with the purchase price $1500 higher. Took the car for a test drive. As we returned to the lot and passed another salesman standing outside, my salesman Tony commented that the guy was an idiot and had no business selling cars. (I hadn't asked for his opinion on the other employees). The worst was Noor, however, because his tactics will have the longest negative effect on my family. I asked them not to do a "hard pull" on my credit yet, they agreed. When it came time to actual pull the credit to determine the financing, Noor said he would only go to his 3 best banks (with the understanding that too many pulls have a negative effect) but instead he had TEN BANKS do hard credit pulls causing my credit, which I had been working so hard to rebuild, to do a nosedive. So my credit report now shows a sudden surge of 10 inquiries over the span of one weekend. My wife and I actually had the feeling that they were doing it on purpose because the experience there was so strange. After we left on Saturday we decided to not buy the car from Colonial South and we went and bought a car elsewhere, for a fair price, and had a much better experience. More

Had to wait 35 minutes with my two young children for the vehicle to be pulled out which should have already been pulled up before my scheduled arrival. The price of the vehicle in text messages was $250 a month, when I got to the dealership I was quoted with $505 per month. Really sucks considering I have bought 3 Jeeps & 2 Rams from other dealerships close by. Great product just was treated the wrong way here. Dave was great though. More
