Excellent Customer Experience I am a busy working mother and my time is valuable to me. Norm Stern and Suburban of Waterford totally get it! Not only did Norm get me into a new ve I am a busy working mother and my time is valuable to me. Norm Stern and Suburban of Waterford totally get it! Not only did Norm get me into a new vehicle that I absolutely LOVE he did it on my schedule and quickly which I thought would be nearly impossible considering it was also during the Christmas rush! This is my second vehicle through Norm at Surburban of Waterford and there are other Ford dealerships closer to me, but I couldn't imagine going through this process without him. I would recommend this dealership and Norm to everyone and anyone seeking a new vehicle! Top Notch! More

We return to him because he listens to what we want and every time the advice he gives us leads us to a decision that is best for us and we have always been very happy with. He respects our time, but also spends as much time as we need without pressure. His service after you leave the showroom demonstrates his continued commitment to customer satisfaction and makes Norm stand out from another other sales people we have ever encountered. There are many options out there for good vehicles, but Norm will keep us buying a Ford product! More
