unprofessional and deceiving Came in to claim an email offer to buy up the remaining 4-6 months left on my lease from the leasing manager. Then they tell me offer is invalid, very Came in to claim an email offer to buy up the remaining 4-6 months left on my lease from the leasing manager. Then they tell me offer is invalid, very typical bait and switch technique. This will be the last time I do business with this location. As a 4 year customer with several other accounts with them I feel very disrespected and unappreciated. In addition I saw on the tv a running ad that says the location would take care of any service if I was to trade in my car that day, which I did, yet they are still trying to bill me for it. More

Spent 8 Extra Hours at Dealership It took over 6 hours to complete paperwork because they only had one Finance Manager working Salesman told me the car had Apple Play but had issues It took over 6 hours to complete paperwork because they only had one Finance Manager working Salesman told me the car had Apple Play but had issues setting it up. When I got home I still couldn't get it to work and he told me to bring it back for Service to look at it and we discovered the car didn't actually have Apple Play. He should know more about the car he sold me. Also I had to bring back the car to have the windshield wipers adjusted & replaced because they were skipping. More

I was delivered a car I did not agree to This location was FABULOUS three years ago. They bent over backward to gain my business. This time around I was delivered a car that was not up to s This location was FABULOUS three years ago. They bent over backward to gain my business. This time around I was delivered a car that was not up to standards. I cannot use the audio because it is so loud inside the vehicle I cannot hear clients on the phone. I was promised Apple Car Play with this newer version and it was not installed. The sales rep, Norm Hunter, is dragging his feet on what to do with this vehicle. The sales manager at Beaverton Mercedes has not contacted me despite numerous attempts to reach him and at least one voicemail message. The Mercedes HQ in Georgia claims they cannot get involved at the dealer level and has recommended I contact the dealer location directly. Really? Is this was LUXURY car buying experience has come to? Does anyone at another Mercedes location here in OR want my business? More
