I saw an internet add for a 2015 one at Naples Acura and decided to stop. Norm Johnston came out to see if I needed help. He was very pleasant to deal with, no hard sell. Questions he could not answer he spoke with Scott and together we worked out a deal. Everyone there was so helpful and no going back and forth haggling over price. Scott work with me to get me, with my trade a deal I could be happy with. I would recommend them highly. Even though it is an Acura Dealership they have many other slightly used cars .They even told me if I have trouble and it has to be fixed by Toyota they would give me a loner and take my car to Toyota for me. NOW THAT IS SERVICE. I am sure they will get my business again. More

Outstanding Car Buying Experience Historically, buying a new car has not been an enjoyable experience for me. Norm Johnston at Naples Acura changed that. My wife and I initially looked at the 2017 Acura TLX about a month ago and compared it to comparable imports. We ultimately returned to Naples Acura and Norm Johnson and were able to reach agreement on the car and price. We thought they were easy to deal with and were sincere in selling a car, but more importantly, making certain the customer received prompt, courteous service. After the purchase, Norm spent considerable time explaining all the features of the vehicle. We were impressed with his knowledge of the Acura product.
