I am an Acura groupie - just leased my 3rd RDX, and have also had MDX, TL, RL and Legend. Haven't driven anything but Acuras in years. I don't have to be "sold" on the cars; however, the process of buying/ also had MDX, TL, RL and Legend. Haven't driven anything but Acuras in years. I don't have to be "sold" on the cars; however, the process of buying/leasing cars is something I usually compare to poking sharp sticks in my eyes! This was by far my best experience yet. Norm did everything he said he would - even anticipated some issues and took care of them for me - what a breath of fresh air! I told him I was short on time, so we did much over the phone - and just as he said he would, all the papers were ready and correct when I went there to close the deal. Best of all - my trade-in was actually worth more than we originally thought, and my payment went DOWN from what we originally had discussed. (Some dealers wouldn't have bothered to make that change!) Everyone there was very informative - not pushy at all - and very knowledgeable about the car itself. Norm called to check up on how I was doing with the car - and offered his time if I wanted to come back to learn some of the more advanced technology package features. Norm and the dealership made it painless and actually pleasant! Will definitely be getting my next Acura from Norm Johnston and Naples Acura! More

I was looking for a used car and shopping at many dealerships. I decided to pull into the Naples Acura dealership thinking that they may have some nice used cars. Told him what I was interested in and he proceeded to get keys. While he did that I saw a car I immediately loved. Took it for a test drive and decided I really wanted it but had a price range I needed to stay with including my trade in. Was very pleased with working with Scott the sales manager and we put a sale together that worked for both of us. I was treated with much respect and no one tried to hard sell me. They have been a real pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone (and already have). More
