I had interest in replacing my GMC Sierra with a new F150 however didn’t have a plan to sell my current vehicle and wasn’t sure I’d get what I needed to make it make sense. Norman invited me in to check out some trucks and appraise my current truck. They gave me a very fair offer and the new line up of F150s were incredible! I was fairly particular about what I wanted, and given the higher trim level and color I was looking for was a hard find, Norman got to work and found me exactly what I wanted. Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous and welcoming and the whole process was low pressure. Safe to say I’m very happy with my new truck and I know where I’ll go if I ever need to replace it! More
