Novy was a great help in our car shopping process. We’ve been self-quarantined for a couple weeks but had been really looking forward to trying out the new Telluride. Seamless sale even through all the craziness of this Covid 19 pandemic. The car was delivered to be test drove and then delivered again upon sale! My family was able to place car seats in for our 1 and Covid 19 pandemic. The car was delivered to be test drove and then delivered again upon sale! My family was able to place car seats in for our 1 and 2 year old so we could get the full feel before we made the decision to add it to the family. We love it and are so glad Kia worked with us through these hard and chaotic times. We have a new addition on the way in September and needed the utility of a larger vehicle. After a 4-year lease on a 2016 KIA Sedona we opted for a lease on a new 2020 KIA Sedona because of our past experience with this dealership, their excellent service, the quality of KIA vehicles, and financial options.
