Best car buying experience - ever ! Over the past 15 - 20 years, my wife and I have grown to hate shopping for a new or used vehicle. During this time we've lived in Illinois, Michigan Over the past 15 - 20 years, my wife and I have grown to hate shopping for a new or used vehicle. During this time we've lived in Illinois, Michigan , Iowa, and now Missouri. The reason for our feeling is quite simple ; as soon as we step out of our car, we are pounced upon by slick looking , young men or women, who normally smell like they bathed in the cheapest cologne the could find at K Mart, and talk like they know everything about everything. Seldom do they listen to our requests. We worked with Novy Foland ay Kia of Columbia. I had called a day before with some questions, and he spent a great deal of time completely answering all I asked, plus pointed out many important items I had not thought about. Because of his friendly nature, we decided to make the 2 hour drive to Columbia early the next morning, despite it being only +3 degrees outside ! I had alerted Novy we were on our way, and by the time we arrived, he had the new car we were interested in seeing moved inside the building where it was warm and out of the very strong wind.. That's a sales agent that cares for their customer. Our test drive included just what I asked for - some bumpy back street roads, as well as some hiway driving. As a result, we purchased the car. We were very pleased with the trade-in amount we received, and so the entire purchase turned out to be pleasant. The dealership is new and fresh and clean, and every employee we past by had something pleasant to say to us. We can highly recommend Novy Foland at Kia of Columbia to help with your vehicle needs. More
