Low pressure, listened I had a very good experience. I already knew which car I had wanted going into the day and sales, but they were helpful in finding which features I wa I had a very good experience. I already knew which car I had wanted going into the day and sales, but they were helpful in finding which features I wanted vs didn't really need. They did not try to pressure me into buying what I did not want when they presented me a car that was over my initial budget. Novy took the time to make sure I was happy with the car and explained all the features to me before I drove off in my new car. It was my first time buying a car alone and it went very well! More
