Our Amazing salesman, Novy Foland, met us with kindness, patience, humor and a strong desire to match us perfectly with our needs. Mike, Charlie and Caleb worked diligently to secure our financing, all the while tending to our every need. They presented us with a Fabulous white KIA that is a Dream come true for us and a warranty package that is beyond Outstanding! As we prepared to depart KIA with our new car, we met Michelle, our Service Advisor who promptly scheduled our first oil change that worked best with our schedule. Although we presented some hurdles and payment restrictions, the entire process from start to finish was seamless. Everyone went above and beyond to meet our every need. He is considerate, helpful, and patient in trying to find just the right vehicle with all the options that I wanted which was actually located at another dealership but I chose to do business with Columbia KIA & Novy. Made the decision on a Friday evening and vehicle there waiting for me within 24 hours! Also, can't beat the "lifetime warranty" that Columbia KIA offers. Great staff all the way from Dan who is the owner/president of KIA who is constantly walking around greeting customers as they are meeting with their salesperson, to Mike the sales manager and Ty the finance manager.
