Time went on and I found a car I was interested in and remembered how nice Novy was to my wife and I the first time. Completely pressure free sales is the way he rolls :-) When I came in this time he remembered me and was very helpful in working through the purchase process. Mike stopped by and introduced himself and was also very friendly. Then when we needed to wrap up the sale I was able to work with Jermaine. He too was super friendly and was very flexible in working with me to get what I needed at the cost I wanted. Overall a great experience and will consider working with this group in the future given another car purchase. More
