You can ask Ray Teixeira, it was a bizarre transaction. Silko thought they may have an identity theft case on their hands. After it was all hashed out, Ray was the absolute best. I’ve purchased a total of 35 vehicles (both 2 and 4 wheel) throughout my life timesand dealing with Ray was the absolute best vehicle purchasing experience I ever had! Nuno Gomes did his very best.
