My salesman Noel Rodriguez was outstanding...very professional and efficient. A wonderful experience overall !! The only knock against the dealership was that they lost my original registration (the one for the glove box) and I had to purchase a replacement registration from NYS DMV at a cost when I originally paid for it during the purchase of my HR-V. Also, in my dealings with the front desk, Ashley Verdun was fantastic....she tried to help find that missing registration but to no avail. She was awesome answering my questions about a few other things too. More
