The dealership was clean, well illuminated, and the people were friendly, but honestly I don't believe that they did "everything they could have" to help me secure a good price on my car. I felt as tho people were friendly, but honestly I don't believe that they did "everything they could have" to help me secure a good price on my car. I felt as though they were wolves in sheep's clothing. At one point I was about to walk out because the numbers they quoted me were ABSURD, and that was supposed to be the "best they could do". Suddenly the finance guy runs out of the office and miraculously returns with an extra $1000 credit. Really? I probably should have walked out. The car was marked way up. By the way, I've never heard of the need to transfer your insurance over to the car PRIOR to the sale being finalized in order to get a "financing quote". On top of everything, after eviscerating me, they asked for a glowing 5 star review across the board. Wow. More
