A very long experience I spent close to 9 hours in that dealership purchasing my new Honda Pilot. I was sent there by Costco Auto Program hoping to get a discount on it, but I spent close to 9 hours in that dealership purchasing my new Honda Pilot. I was sent there by Costco Auto Program hoping to get a discount on it, but wasn’t available for a new one. That’s when everything started going wrong. I wanted to make a down payment of $7,000 using my credit card and they would not do it.. they only allowed a maximum of $4,000. I mean I could go to a furniture store or electric store and purchase $7,000 or more on a credit card, but at Hillside Honda I couldn’t... that’s ridiculous. They kept making mistakes on the paperwork and at the end of it all, they brought the wrong car. More
