I have been in the retail business for over 30 yrs. and have served in the automotive sector for 15 yrs. When I first came to Arizona in 1994, I opened a custom motorcycle shop in Scottsdale,AZ. My duty was to oversee the complete operation on day to day bases. With; sales,service,parts and apparel department with sales of 5 million annually. I entered into the automotive business in 2002 and have enjoyed a very successful career with many of my customers now becoming my personal friends.

Absolute Best Car Buying Experience I saw the used GMC Yukon that I had been looking for on their website. I called and spoke with O'Jay Vanegas about this truck and asked a bunch of qu I saw the used GMC Yukon that I had been looking for on their website. I called and spoke with O'Jay Vanegas about this truck and asked a bunch of questions. O'Jay was familiar with this exact vehicle and answered all my questions. Without even seeing the truck in person I knew it was perfect. O'Jay made me an offer that was very fair and exactly what I was anticipating and without any haggle the deal was done over the phone. He took down all my information on a Thursday and when I came in on Saturday to pick it up it was all ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. The truck was cleaned, full tank of gas and a fresh oil change before I even arrived. If you know exactly what you want ask for O'Jay. Thank you to Martha Keith in Finance for having all the paperwork ready and getting me in and out so quickly. Overall I was shocked at how easy and smooth the process was. The dealership is new, clean and has a very nice waiting room and cafe. More

Jared Renko was a great help taking me on test drives. When I finally purchased a Tahoe LTZ tonight, Stan Morgan and Misty in finance were excellent. The level of customer service shown to me was above and beyond from this dealership. I am a New Yorker that doesn't see this level of customer service in AZ. I am proud to recommend this dealership to anyone who is thinking of a Chevy!! More

Actually, we feel that every employee we have ever dealt with at this dealership has treated us with stellar customer service, but these two gentlemen deserve special shout outs - truly. We recently had occasion to take my husband's Dodge to his dealership and while we were taken care of to our satisfaction, there is just no comparison to the way we are treated at Courtesy Chevrolet. We personally have had various dealings with Tim Jackson (NOT due to faulty products!) and the man just knows how to get things done while treating you with the utmost respect, and just goes the extra mile EVERY time. Now I have brought in my Vette for it's first service call. I had a lot of questions that were not covered in the manual. First the car was moved off and I was assured that I would get a total checkup as I thought there may be some noises. I went and talked with cust Service and got my questions answered. All is good. The car was finished earlier than expected and I was assured the noises I hear are normal with the engine I have and the performance that goes with it. I'm satisfied and my service guy was very reassuring. More

Tim has been a jewel in my relationship with him thru two vehicles. He is very easy to reach and understands all of my concerns and questions. My new 2014 Traverse had a problem with the steering wheel heater--it would come on spontaneously and would be too hot to handle. It was solved after discussions locally and nationally. I guess this was the first reported case of this problem Everything is fine now. Then, just two days ago we were again stumped as to why power was not going from plug to trailer. After investigation it was found that a connection was not installed correctly at the factory. I look forward to many years of a positive relationship with him. I guess I should mention my salesman who I am extremely happy with as well. O.J. Vanegas has been the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I also plan to purchase from him in the future when the need arises. More
