Your salesman Oscar Black was excellent but he couldn't answer alot of my questions. It appears the guys in the back make all the decisions. So that's who I should of been talking to. That's how I do busin answer alot of my questions. It appears the guys in the back make all the decisions. So that's who I should of been talking to. That's how I do business. Man to man. Not some kind of run around game where you put a nice man in between. Let your salesmen do the selling not some guys in the back room that dont want to talk to the customers so they can over charge. Talk about goudging people. You have ridiculous fees for nothing and you all should be ashamed of yourself. You should be giving fair deals to people to help them instead of making their payment so high for no reason but greed that their vehicle will probably get repossessed. I've bought 3 vehicles at your places and there wont be another. I will never recommend someone to buy a car there, in fact I will probably highly recommend them not to. It was my worst time ever buying a car and I've bought quite a few. 3 or 4 hours is bad enough to buy a car but over 7 hours is terrible. If it wasnt for Mr. Black I would of left in 1 hour. You guys make me truly glad I'm not in the car selling business. I wouldn't be able to live with myself. More

I give my salesman Oscar Black 5 stars but everything after that I would give a negative star if I could! First, I discovered an $1,850 “reconditioning fee” in my paperwork after the sale that I was not after that I would give a negative star if I could! First, I discovered an $1,850 “reconditioning fee” in my paperwork after the sale that I was not told about, which would be ok IF my wiper fluid wasn’t bone dry when I got the truck home, & I had to buy 4 valve stem caps, and my maintenance light wasn’t coming on the very week that I purchased the truck! Then a month later first good rain we had, my driver side wiper fell apart! Called & asked to speak w/ a GM, was told “I will personally hand him this note” well that was 2.5 months ago & no one has called me back to this day!! So, 4 days ago I take my truck in for an oil change, I informed the girl checking me in of my dissatisfaction & she was snarky to me about it saying “I’m sorry you had a problem w/ your salesman” Then says “‘maybe you should’ve called us” told her I DID, and she just blew me off! Get my truck back in 45 minutes from oil change & tire rotation, get out on the hiway that runs in front of the dealership, reach 55mph & my steering wheel starts shaking so I turn around immediately & take it back, same girl looks out the window from her desk, sees me pull up & rolls her eyes & tells someone else to come to me! Then they talk to me like I’m dumb, so I go inside & ask for someone in charge, guy points to the service manager & same girl is in there telling him about me! So, he offers to take a ride w/ me to see what I’m taking about!! He says “oh the tires are probably out of balance” UMMM, THAT’S PART OF A TIRE ROTATION!! At least in every tire shop I’ve ever been to anyway!! This time it takes them an HOUR just to balance my tires! I also posted a bad review on their Facebook page the day I called & asked to speak to a general manager & my wiper fell apart, also to this day NO RESPONSE!! Sad thing is, we were going to buy my husband a new Tundra from this same dealership since it is the closest to our house, needless to say, we got his truck from DALLAS!! They lost a $52,000 sale because of the way I was treated! And on Saturday, we will be taking his truck to Brownwood for his oil change! We do not trust Shottenkirk AT ALL!! Service AFTER the sale is what brings people back, they need to learn that! More
