The air-bag recall was handled fine. I was quoted $399 to replace upper and lower ball joints with OEM parts which I provided when I made the appointment. Your sales department did the same when I was shopping for a used Camry. Advertised price of $23,950 is increased to $33,000 on deal write-up. I bought the same year & spec vehicle in Ft. Worth for the advertised price of $23,500. Your sales methods are deceitful, dishonest, and disgusting. I will never purchase a vehicle from you. Your service department apparently works under the same protocols as the sales. More
