This is not a man who takes major purchases lightly! He spent a good portion of his evenings surfing craigslist, truckfinder, etc looking for 'the one'. He made a couple of unsuccessful forays to local dealers before we headed south of the WA/OR border. Our third stop was at Skyline Ford where Daniel 'Wally' Waldron greeted us warmly. Dave had called ahead and told him which vehicle he was interested in and Wally had seen to it that the 2004 Silverado was ready for a test drive. When I saw it being parked I knew we would be bringing it home with us. Dave elected to have Wally drive as he knows the town of Salem well. Wally answered all of our questions clearly, made us feel relaxed, just an all around pleasant and no pressure experience. Dave played it cool all along but the first opportunity I had to get him alone, I told him he needed to make an offer or I was going to head home without him so he would have to buy it! The process of bargaining and financial transactions went smoothly and we felt that all business was above board and convenient ly conducted. All in all, buying a vehicle from Skyline Ford in Salem was a rewarding experience and we would both enthusiastically recommend this business to friends and family. More

Although in previous years we have done our Ford business with a different dealership, we felt Skyline Ford would be more able to handle any service needs the new technology the C-Max may require. This is our 5th new vehicle purchase from a dealer and it was by far the most enjoyable. We purchased through the Costco program and both Norm and Octavio were very helpful. I wasn't pushed on having to buy a ton of aftermarket stuff/warranties for my car which was very refreshing...in fact, this is why I would/will purchase from them again anytime and would highly recommend anyone to talk to either of these guys. Great customer service from Day 1 thru Purchase. My wife and I came into Skyline with the hopes of trading in one of our cars for a small SUV that would be great for our growing family.
