This is our 5th new vehicle purchase from a dealer and it was by far the most enjoyable. We purchased through the Costco program and both Norm and Octavio were very helpful. I wasn't pushed on having to buy a ton of aftermarket stuff/warranties for my car which was very refreshing...in fact, this is why I would/will purchase from them again anytime and would highly recommend anyone to talk to either of these guys. More

Great customer service from Day 1 thru Purchase. My wife and I came into Skyline with the hopes of trading in one of our cars for a small SUV that would be great for our growing family. working with David was a great experience, Octavio was the loan officer and we were in and out with the paperwork. While test driving the vehicle the check engine light came on and they looked into and r the loan officer and we were in and out with the paperwork. My wife has seen your adds on TV. When we had our van serviced, we talked to Jennifer in the service dept. She was very positive about the C-Max. We went to the Keizer Store after dealing with another place out there...Chevy. We RAN from them into the pleasant friendly knowledgable DANNY. No passing paper back and forth with "numbers" on it like the other dealer we tried to work with!!! A great Ford product was what we bought and it was actually really enjoyable!!! Buying our 2012 F-150 from Skyline Keizer Ford went very well with the assistance from Francisco Arias. Francisco went out of his way to help us get the exact truck we wanted at a great price. He was very patient and thorough as he went over the mechanics of the truck and assisted us in setting up Sync. Octavio Hernandez was just as thorough in setting up our contract and explaining the various service options. The shop did a very good job of installing a new bed liner in our truck and answering questions. The entire process, from the time we made contact till we drove off of the lot in our new truck was stress free. Overall we would recommend Skyline to everyone. Thank you, Joe and Paula Hernandez.
