"New" Car has 773 miles yet registration claims 273. I would never have bought this as a new car had I known it had almost 800 miles on it. The paperwork I signed claimed 273 A day later I spoke to my salesman about it he said well you signed it and we have already sent it in to DMV. So I have contacted Walt Summorson (sales manager Keizer dealership) as well as Octavio Hernandez ( regional manager) and Ford Motor Company about this issue. Ford Motor Company says that there is definitely a paper trail showing actual odometer reading from where they picked it up from (84 miles away). However Neither Walt or Octavio were willing to work with me to rectify the situation. I expected them to correct the odometer reading and compensate me for the excessive miles They have told me 4 times they would look into it but never called me to tell me what they found. I was a first time buyer and chose a Ford dealership for my new car precisely because I thought that they would be trustworthy. BUYER BEWARE. More

But Skyline Ford took ownership of the situation and we now have a 2018 Ford Escape, which we love. Best car buying experience! I live in Newport Beach California. I had been shopping around for a 2014 fully loaded Ford F-150 SVT Raptor for a few weeks. I am very particular a I live in Newport Beach California. I had been shopping around for a 2014 fully loaded Ford F-150 SVT Raptor for a few weeks. I am very particular about my cars. I wanted this specific truck. The year, low miles, fully loaded, clean, perfect Carfax and never offroaded etc. I found what appeared to be a perfect truck at DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks. After emailing back and forth with them I decided to drive 2.5 hours up there to buy this truck. On arrival everything appeared to be great. When I opened the hood I was in utter shock. The engine was covered in salt damage and rust. The whole underneath of the truck was covered in rust. I was appalled and beyond unhappy that they would even waste my time showing me this vehicle. I left right away. I remembered a friend of mine owns a few dealerships up in Salem OR. One of which is a Ford dealership. I sent him a text about my experience. He instantly called me and told me he had 2 on his lot. He would have his son (who runs the dealerships) call me right away. After a phone call with his son I chose one of the Trucks. The next day I was on a plane to Portland. I arrived at Skyline Ford and saw my beauty waiting for me. This truck was impeccable! It looked as if it had just gotten off the factory assembly line. This truck was so well taken care of. Every aspect of this truck was perfect. I spent time with the General Manager who quickly got me into finance. They had everything ready for me and the process was quick and painless. Everyone was so friendly, smart, thoughtful and genuine (which is rare when it comes to car lots). I felt as if I was in a movie, since when did buying a used car have such a great experience? I was in and out within 20 minutes. No joke I look forward to buying many more vehicles through this family of dealerships. I wish they could duplicate what they are doing and do it where I live. The flight was quick and easy and the drive home was beautiful. More
