They found the car we wanted, helped organize all the extras, gave us a great price on our trade-in, got everything ready for pickup, gave us a tutorial on the basics, arranged a follow-up visit, explained the benefits of the service packages and voila! we were off in our beautiful 2017 Ford Explorer. Always up selling and never on time I have owned ford's around the country, including Hawaii and Alaska, and have never dealt with a service center like yours. First off, why in the worl I have owned ford's around the country, including Hawaii and Alaska, and have never dealt with a service center like yours. First off, why in the world does it take an hour and a half to get an oil change (the works)? Why don't you have a fast lube for those of us getting scheduled maintenance? Why do your service managers always try up selling services? I purchase the Maintenance plan with my trucks, yet you continue to try to sell me on other maintenance issues that are not needed or are covered. On my vehicles without the service plan, you hammer away at needing the 15, 30, 45, 600 services. With my truck, you keep telling me it's not needed. I call BS. I have had the 30, 60 and 90k services doe on every Ford I have ever had. Because this truck is u derived he maintenance plan, I can only assume you don't want to do it because you won't make any money off of me. I despise this dealership and actually went to Portland to buy my current truck. The only reason I come to you for service is because I live and work in Salem More

Best Day Ever! This morning we went to Kendall Ford to look at a used vehicle. After roaming the lot looking at cars and no one coming out, we went inside to find a This morning we went to Kendall Ford to look at a used vehicle. After roaming the lot looking at cars and no one coming out, we went inside to find a salesman. There was no one in the building, we waited and waited and then called and told all employees were in a meeting and someone would be out at some point. We were there a total of 40 mins with no help so we looked up Skyline Ford. We found they had new cars that were less expensive then the used Ones we were looking at. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Korey at the sidewalk. He was so polite and calm and asked us if we wanted to look around or if we had something in mind. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and personal. He never once made us feel pressured or pushed, he clearly had our best interests at heart. The entire process was smooth and easy,best experience buying a car. Marc was extremely helpful and friendly and was looking out for our best financial interest and helped us save money by explaining each of our options. He made sure we got exactly what we needed instead of paying for things we didn't. All around it was an amazing experience that I will share with everyone. More

Out of his way to help We did not even buy our truck from Skyline but they were the ones that did the engine replacement for us. When our truck broke down 7 short months la We did not even buy our truck from Skyline but they were the ones that did the engine replacement for us. When our truck broke down 7 short months later (unrelated to the engine replacement) I called Skyline and was transferred to Octavio. It was a Sunday and I was in North Plains. There was "nothing" he could do to help me. He was friendly, offered suggestions, called his off duty service manager and gave me advice. I almost felt like if he could have, he would have come and towed my truck himself. He did some digging around, called me back gave me all the information I might need and even provided me with his service managers personal Cell number in case I have any other questions. All in all, I got my truck down to Skyline and it is being taken care of. Thank you Octavio for your help! More

Purchased new 2015 Ford Flex Jeremy was very pleasant and helpful. He knew the car's features and was able to explain them and help with setup. With the help of Octavio Hernandez in the finance office they wer We bought a used Escape on January 16, 2016 and Jeremy Gattenby was our salesperson. With the help of Octavio Hernandez in the finance office they were able to give us a fairly good deal on our trade-in. However, the dealership had a new software system that the salesmen were still figuring out so that slowed the transaction considerably. Having been said, we would definitely refer family and friends and come back ourselves. More
