Had an amazing experience dispite the situation I unfortunately needed a new car due to my old car needing repairs in the excess of $3000. Brian and Zack were very understanding and gave me a no pre I unfortunately needed a new car due to my old car needing repairs in the excess of $3000. Brian and Zack were very understanding and gave me a no pressure experience. I did not want to have to get a car but unfortunately it was my only option. They took their time with me and let me feel like "I was in the drivers seat" the whole time. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. More

No pressure, fair purchase! I've been looking for months to replace my ten year old car. I've been to five other dealerships looking for a no pressure, fair purchase. Let's jus I've been looking for months to replace my ten year old car. I've been to five other dealerships looking for a no pressure, fair purchase. Let's just say that these other five dealerships could learn a lesson from Sam Zayed in salesmenship. Sam listened to my wants/needs in a car and stayed within my price range. Pulling a car off the showroom floor to take it for a test drive was not a problem. Sam was professional yet very pleasant. I never felt intimidiated just because I was a single woman purchasing a car (like I did at the other five places). Oleg, the finance manger, was a nice and humorous person who made all the paperwork less stressful. All in all, I am enjoying driving the KIA Optima that I purchased and would not hesitate to purchase another car from this dealership or refer my friends and family to do the same. More

Great from start to finish. I went to just look but between the sales person and financing person I was sold. I had my old car towed in and it had a blown engine. I started looking around and test drove the Forte. It was great, handles good and a comfortable ride with nice safety features. That with the 1.9% financing and the 100,000 warranty had me sold. More

A positive experience--easier than I had anticipated! I hadn't purchased or leased a car (by myself) since my husband passed. I was a bit nervous, but Lori (my initial on-line contact) and Leon made the process very easy and stress-free. My car, although a rather "basic" model has numerous little perks and features. I was pleased with the price and with the thoroughness of all of the staff that I dealt with, especially Leon. I never felt "talked down to" nor pressured. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

They lied to me and charged 1500$ more than agreed. During the negotiations with the salesmen we agreed that I would pay blue book value for the car. The car was valued at 6400$. I was naive to trust them after we agreed on that price and did not thoroughly read through the paper work. I put 2000$ down so the loan would have been for only 4400$. After calculating the payments and adding to the down payment I will be paying a total of 11,000$ for a 6400$ car More

Professional and accommodating It all started the night before when we visited another dealership with the intent to purchase a Kia soul. We were treated with terrible disrespect wi It all started the night before when we visited another dealership with the intent to purchase a Kia soul. We were treated with terrible disrespect with the sales manager trying to get the most money out of us that they possibly could. I told them what my bottom line was and they went about trying to prove why they couldn't meet my price and terms. After being greeted at Halleeen Kia by James we were made to feel most comfortable. He offered us a beverage and then sat us down at his desk to ask us what it was that we were looking for in our new Kia. We gave him the same criteria that we had given the previous evening. He took this to his sales manager and said we can't meet your exact terms but this is what we can do for you. It was only $11 more than we had originally asked. (The other dealer wanted $200.00 more for a lesser car.) We figured no big deal and we leased the car. It was truly a great experience from beginning to end and I will certainly go back into business with them the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
