Best Service EVER. It all started when I heard about the lease offer that scion toyota has going on. So I called in and was greeted over the phone by Warfa (salesman). I asked him what I needed to do to go about the process and he walked me through the steps. That same day I came in and started to do the credit check to see if I qualified for the lease offer on the scion that I loved and had my eyes on. So we ran in through and unfortunately it came back that I did not have enough proof of income to get the lease on the scion so I was kind of sad about that but I didn't give up, neither did Warfa. So we tried for the Corolla still nothing...so he gave me an option of doing a co-sign and I thought hmm why not? So we processed everything again and I still was denied for the scion from several banks...what a bummer right? So we tried and tried literally and I even had to come back because the store bank was closing and we had no answer. Warfa told me though in these exact words, "I promise you, tomorrow you're getting a car". So I took his word. I was off work the next day at 7 and I rushed over to the dealership as soon as I could he told me he had good news, all I needed was to confirm to the banks who I was and then we could see the other options. We ended up getting approval for the Toyota Corolla for financing rather than a lease even though my first choice was to lease...I chose this option anyway...mind you I didn't like the Corolla at first but once looking at it closer and test driving it a second time I actually fell in live with it! The inside was bigger, the interior was nicer to me than the first time around and I loved the color that they got me, white with tan seats with black accents inside and out. I was amazed...so finally after all paper work was done. My mother rushed over for the co-sign she got there after hours and we were there til almost 11 o clock. Just to seal the deal. Warfa had an emergency earlier and had to leave early so I was taken care of by Oleg the financial manager...he worked his way to getting me a rate from 12.6 to 8.4 from $400 down to $330 which was awesome as xxxx! It took me 2 whole days to get approved and i drove off the lot in a new 2016 Toyota Corolla that I own! And that I fell in love with over the Scion even though I L O V E D the scion in the beginning I didn't even want to test drive the Corolla the first day at the dealership. I was amazed as how hard they worked and how long it took but it P A I D off! Warfa promised me and didn't break it...I can only appreciate something so great! After having a bad experience with another dealer in the area, wanted to go back to a name that I had a good experience with when i first got to the area in 2003 at Koon's Tyson. Just bought a Corolla! We were in the market for a specific trim of Corolla and went there to check some details. Kenneth was very friendly and patient with our questions. We got there a little before closing time and when we decided to purchase the car it was way past the closing time. Kenneth is polite and he makes sure that you're comfortable. He was not pushy and he stayed there for couple hours longer worked out a great deal for us. He made sure we go home happy. We were at other dealers that day and none of them could make a good offer.
