I viewed Reliable Chevrolets website inventory on Silverado's and found the color exterior/interior I liked and all the standard equipment offered on the truck. I did ask questions and he answered to my best interest in financing, rebates, and trade in value. He requested if I would be interested in sending trade in photos of my vehicle and starting a finance folder. I agreed knowing the process does take time and if I'm interested I would like to complete the transaction in a timely matter (kinda like getting through the hiccups) I was impressed with the exceptional service I received from Oliver. He definitely knows his business. When it came down to, "the vehicle intro", Oliver diffidently explained the new compared to old; the upgrade standard equipment Chevrolet offers on the Silverado now, and of course can't forget about the incorporated technology. Knowing I started the paperwork before arriving at the dealership Tristano had everything in order with a exception presentation on the paperwork. The process on a time clock from parking my trade in vehicle to driving out the parking lot with a NEW 2026 CHEVROLET SILVERADO was less then 120 mins.
