Great car-buying experience! Our sales rep Oliver was patient, with no pressure and did a great job assisting us in our new vehicle search. Fantastic Service - Knowledgable Personnel I was approached with a smile, handshake and a sincere “what are you looking to accomplish this evening?” My reply was, “to buy a car!” Well, it was I was approached with a smile, handshake and a sincere “what are you looking to accomplish this evening?” My reply was, “to buy a car!” Well, it was within Three hours, start, look, Q & A, numbers and sign here. JP Parham was my salesman and he was able to answer all my quests, plus I’m disabled, and he was so accommodating, anticipating all my needs. Many Thanks to Ed Napleton’s work force!
