We originally looking at another truck, they were great and then flat out told me they wouldn’t sell me it as it wasn't safe(mechanical issue). It was a used vehicle. We wanted a used one not new. They offered a different truck, they assured it was better. Sent me pictures and of course I loved it. They ran all their test cleaned it up and had it ready 4 days later. Loved the customer service. Appreciated that they didn’t just try to sell the other one to me. They take care of their customers. We got our car last night. Love it. More

All of the staff was great and worked very hard to get me a vehicle. However, the follow through ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. The remote started that was installed in the new vehicle did not work and I was told by the a vehicle. However, the follow through ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. The remote started that was installed in the new vehicle did not work and I was told by the salesman that he would get back to me and still over a month later I have never heard from him. The back passenger window does not work. No spare tire in the vehicle which became a problem when I needed it because my tire busted from a huge pothole and just minor cosmetic things that I did not see because it was dark when I looked at the vehicle. I’m very disappointed in my salesman. I’m on the fence as to whether or not I would refer anyone I know there and I know quite a few people looking. If it was purely on the other staff(finance, sales manager, etc.) then I would absolutely refer my friends and family there. They need to remember that a salesman can make or break the opinion of the customer about the business. More
