Wonderful customer service Was contacted to perform a test drive of the new 2018 Ford Expedition. An appointment was made conviently, i was reminded of my appointment via text message day before. I also scheduled a service for my vehicle while i was having my test drive. Salesperson Oliva was pleasant and knowledgeable, Don in Service was efficient, the showroom and service room were both clean and inviting. When i returned i was in and out quickly. It was a pleasure and always is. Would definately recommended. More

Awesome! This was an awesome experience. Olivia is a great sales person and will work to give you the best possible deal. She accommodated my requests and work This was an awesome experience. Olivia is a great sales person and will work to give you the best possible deal. She accommodated my requests and worked with management to help me get the maximum amount for my budget. Everything was streamlined; I walked out the door an hour and a half after signing. Car was detailed and they provided me with a full tank of gas. Thumbs up for Olivia! :-) More

Like visiting a dear old friend. From the first time I walked in to look at cars to the day I walked out with my new car I felt welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was friendly and helpful, not pushy but knowledgeable and willing to out of their way to assist. Olivia and other associates were accommodating of my theee young children.
