Despite being 2.5hrs away and in another state, we were able to work out the details of payment, and delivery prior to ever getting to the dealership. We arrived at our scheduled time, and were promptly greeted by Donna. After a quick inspection of the condition of the car, and a test drive, we were able to sign the paperwork and head off. Probably took no more than an hour total. My first contact at the dealership was with Donna and she stayed with us through the entire process to delivery. She was extremely prompt and responsive to e-mail, phone calls, and text, and was invaluable in directing me through the various hurdles to make the process of delivery so smooth. Donna told us that although she had been at the dealership for some time, this was the first vehicle she had delivered to customers ... it certainly didn't show as she was on top of every detail. We've bought a few cars over the years and this was by far our best experience. Even though it's a long drive to get there, when the time comes to replace our other vehicle my first call will be to Maplecrest Ford Bottom line: Fair price, great service, friendly staff; how can you go wrong. More

As soon as I walked in I recently went to Maplecrest Ford in Mendham NJ to check out the new F350s and to see if I could get a Memorial Day Sale deal. As soon as I walked in to the dealership Olivia Demattio introduced herself to me, listened to what I wanted in a truck and took me on several test drives in 2019 F250s and F350s. She introduced me to Rod one of the Sales Managers there and between them they worked out a very good deal for me. I couldn’t be happier with my deal or my new F350. I usually drive to VA to buy my trucks because they have offered the best deals in my experience but the team at Maplecrest gave me a comparable deal and saved me an 8 hour round trip drive. I also traded in a great 2016 F350 with low miles if anybody is looking for one. This has been one of the best car buying experiences that I have had in my life. The product is great as was the deal and the people were wonderful to work with - what more could you ask for??? Maple crest has a new customer in me for a long time. More
