I've was a customer of Waikem prior to Diehl for my Kia Soul (which I still have). This is the first time I've brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse in for service. The customer service rep was very nice and exp Soul (which I still have). This is the first time I've brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse in for service. The customer service rep was very nice and explained things as I requested. The wait time was ok - a little hiccup since the garage door was stuck in the down position, but it only extend my wait by approximately 30 minutes. Overall a good experience. More

Diehl is a mess, I didn't even deal with the sales department and actually was there for Hyundai service. I have no idea who Olivia Gehring is so why am I forced to rate her? I came in for an oil chan department and actually was there for Hyundai service. I have no idea who Olivia Gehring is so why am I forced to rate her? I came in for an oil change and 4 spark plugs, the bill was almost 400.00. So I guess It's pretty self-explanatory to my rating. I have also had issues with your Ford dealer. My truck sat there for 2 months and I had to pick it up and drive it to another dealer 45 minutes away to get service. That dealer got the truck in the next day and ordered parts. I don't plan on coming back. I guess the 200 k I spent in new trucks since 2020 isn't enough money to be concerned about my business. More

I dropped off my SUV off on Monday evening and never got it back until Thursday. They had to order parts. I told them to fix the light. That has been on for my washer fluid. It was not fixed. The clock was not reset and the floor and seat covers were not removed. It's the little things that matter. I'm disappointed, it was never like that when it was Waikems More
