Bought a brand new Equinox in December. Went to get it legal and get tags. I had the sales tax financed in my payments. The check was short so I had to pay the difference. Numerous calls and messages to see about some kind of reimbursement, never returned, transferred, hung up on. Drove up there, refused to let me speak to a manager or anyone from finance. Whoever it was I talked to told me I'd have to either refinance the entire deal or just deal with it. More
