I was assured just two weeks before this most recent appointment that the “fix” for my air conditioning was in fact what I needed. It was a costly repair and within 2 weeks the exact same issue remained appointment that the “fix” for my air conditioning was in fact what I needed. It was a costly repair and within 2 weeks the exact same issue remained, as if nothing had been fixed to begin with. They wanted another gratuitous amount of money for yet another “fix” which they were certain was the actual repair needed this time. Can’t recommend them based on the poor handling of such an expensive situation that has left me both hurting in the bank account and still without air conditioning in this heat. More

Worst dealership in jacksonville nc, Racist, Rude, Unprofessional. Never asked if I wanted to fix anything on my vehicle while I was literally sitting in the waiting room. I asked for a copy of ALL my paperwork, didn't get what needed to be fixed, so I called service Doreen said she would e-mail it to me, gave her my e-mail waited 2hrs never received it had to drive all the way back up there from swansboro nc, to get a piece of paper that I asked for before I left. Sad, how nothing ever changes at Kia in jacksonville nc. More

Took my car into the service department thinking I'd get an actual diagnosis... big mistake. They have ZERO ability in properly diagnosing transmission issues. Instead of doing any real troubleshooting, the an actual diagnosis... big mistake. They have ZERO ability in properly diagnosing transmission issues. Instead of doing any real troubleshooting, they jump straight to "you need a whole new transmission." What really got me is they kept my car for a couple hours, charged me for "diagnostics," and all I got was them telling me the code is coming from the transmission... which I already knew before I even walked in. No deeper explanation, no effort to pinpoint the actual problem - just a lazy, expensive guess. Save your time and money, because you're basically paying them to tell you what your code reader already did. Really disappointing experience. More

Super fast response time from my initial contact. When I got there to test drive the car was pulled up and waiting on me and Duncan was eager to help and answered all my questions.
