I was assured just two weeks before this most recent appointment that the “fix” for my air conditioning was in fact what I needed. They wanted another gratuitous amount of money for yet another “fix” which they were certain was the actual repair needed this time. Can’t recommend them based on the poor handling of such an expensive situation that has left me both hurting in the bank account and still without air conditioning in this heat. More

Took my car into the service department thinking I'd get an actual diagnosis... big mistake. They have ZERO ability in properly diagnosing transmission issues. Instead of doing any real troubleshooting, they jump straight to "you need a whole new transmission." What really got me is they kept my car for a couple hours, charged me for "diagnostics," and all I got was them telling me the code is coming from the transmission... which I already knew before I even walked in. No deeper explanation, no effort to pinpoint the actual problem - just a lazy, expensive guess. Save your time and money, because you're basically paying them to tell you what your code reader already did. Really disappointing experience. More
