Over the last few months customer service has gone WAY downhill. They tried to tell me they couldn’t test my starter and alternator until I BOUGHT a new battery from them when I have been jumping my 2023 downhill. They tried to tell me they couldn’t test my starter and alternator until I BOUGHT a new battery from them when I have been jumping my 2023 Kia carnival daily just to get it working. 3 batteries in 2 years I’ve had it and still NO resolution on what is causing it. Safe to say I won’t be returning for anything at this dealership again. More

Check engine light came on and brought it in to find out a rodent had chewed the wiring to a component of the fuel system. $4.7k quoted to repair! Called car insurance and they would cover it. Called to speak with supervisor over dealership and he never got back to me. More
