I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sorento, and my experience with this dealership was excellent thanks to my salesman, Kirk. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, warm, and welcoming. experience with this dealership was excellent thanks to my salesman, Kirk. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, warm, and welcoming. He never made me feel pressured and encouraged me to explore different options to ensure I found the best fit for my needs. Kirk’s positive personality made the process smooth and enjoyable. He went above and beyond with small gestures, like offering me water, and handled all of my follow-up calls promptly, accurately, and with great detail. Every step of the way, he was professional, attentive, and respectful. The entire process was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you’re looking for an stress-free, professional, and customer-centered car-buying experience, I highly recommend this dealership and especially Kirk. More

Over the last few months customer service has gone WAY downhill. They tried to tell me they couldn’t test my starter and alternator until I BOUGHT a new battery from them when I have been jumping my 2023 downhill. They tried to tell me they couldn’t test my starter and alternator until I BOUGHT a new battery from them when I have been jumping my 2023 Kia carnival daily just to get it working. 3 batteries in 2 years I’ve had it and still NO resolution on what is causing it. Safe to say I won’t be returning for anything at this dealership again. More

Took it to Toyota if New Bern who actually did it for $446 right under my deductible. Come to find out Kia tried to rip us off by replacing the whole component not just the part. Called to speak with supervisor over dealership and he never got back to me. More
