I visited the dealership because of a dead battery in my key fob. After they replaced the battery the key still not working. They had me bring the key in to check it out. They charged me 111 00 because the key fob. After they replaced the battery the key still not working. They had me bring the key in to check it out. They charged me 111 00 because the battery they put in the fob 2 days earlier was also dead. What they did was replaced a dead battery with a dead battery so they could charge me 111 00 dollars. More

Very poor diagnosis, poor communication, took almost two months to fix, when ready vehicle had to go back in shop immediately due to not tightening clamps. Have no intent to ever buy another KIA. The communication from the service reps and the work from the technicians was good. However, their policy of upcharging for work covered by third party warranty along with not proving exact pricing before th the technicians was good. However, their policy of upcharging for work covered by third party warranty along with not proving exact pricing before the service was not pleasing. Our charges were almost twice our informal quote. More
