I was ripped off and lied to. They hurried and did work before I could double check if II needed it done. They didn’t even give me enough time to call my husband. Money grubbers!! I will not deal with this dealership ever again. The service department explained nothing about the estimate that was provided other than there was 175 diagnosis fee. When I was presented with the w The service department explained nothing about the estimate that was provided other than there was 175 diagnosis fee. When I was presented with the written estimate it included the 175 for the diagnosis. There also a $54 charge to replace the wiper blades and $51.72 for shop charges that were not mentioned by the gentleman who presented the estimate. There was no credit given from the $175 diagnosis fee against the total of the estimate, which was now over $700. When I declined to have work done there I was presented with the total bill of $228.69 which included the $175 diagnostic fee, $35 for shop supplies and $3.99 for document storage and $14.70 for sales tax. I took my vehicle to repair facility that I have used before. They also ran a diagnostic test on it and charged me $384 for the repairs, that was the same amount the dealership wanted for the parts and labor. So dealership wanted $228 more than what my repairs cost More
