She realized what my needs were having a family of four and guided me towards the vehicle the best met those needs. But to be honest what I loved most was that by the end of the day Annabel and I had become friends! She attended to my children and made us feel like family! We lost our temporary tag and Annabel was willing to drive to us with a replacement, and met us every time with a huge smile! Everyone else in the dealership was very welcoming and helpful! From the lady in the Valet stand, the gentleman who transported and moved the vehicles in the showroom, and Mr. Cabrera in the finance team. Made a long process extremely comfortable and enjoyable!
