I can’t answer most questions because of that, so here’s my feedback. The dealership and shop are in a beautiful new facility. As for service, my appointment was at 9:00am but my car didn’t go into the shop until that afternoon. A service item required an overnight stay that I had to call in to learn about. I received an estimated ready time that was not confirmed, resulting in a second overnight. A scheduled 55K mile service with two additional items ended up in a two-night stay at the service garage. I suggest you work on timely service and closer communication. My other car is 8 years older, a different brand, four times the mileage and it rarely stays overnight in part because of timely service and prompt telephone communication. The actual work yielded a nicely running car. More

Audi South Miami won my business and exceeded expectations. The team at Audi Miami South are truly special. After feeling mistreated by my previous service center that I had frequented for ye expectations. The team at Audi Miami South are truly special. After feeling mistreated by my previous service center that I had frequented for years, I then brought my S4 to Audi Miami South and now I realized I should have just came here in the first place. They provided me the service experience I believe I should have received from the last place. Mike took care of me, said he'd try to do what he could, and ended up making it extremely smooth and easy to get my car worked on. Not only that, I was given an incredibly beautiful new loaner to drive while my vehicle was being worked on, which was a pretty big job. Omar had sold me my extended warranty, and I am glad he did. I now learned my lesson, take your vehicle to Audi Miami South. They righted all the wrongs of my previous experience at the last dealership and to be perfectly honest are a big reason why I remain an Audi customer. This team did a wonderful job, and I really believe this service center is the best one of all car brands I've been to in Miami-Dade in my 10+ years of living here. Thank you team for your incredible effort and help, keeping my car in great condition, and bringing it to me cleaner and nicer than when I left it. I don't know what you did but the car even shines better than before. A truly incredible experience that I look forward to having more of.
