Took my ram 1500 eco diesel to them for close to $8000. 00 of work. Took them 5 months to complete and one of the issues still persists. When I received the truck back I was shocked, it was full of mold fro 00 of work. Took them 5 months to complete and one of the issues still persists. When I received the truck back I was shocked, it was full of mold from sitting so long, the battery was completely dead, parts were left in the bed rolling around, the recall work was never completed, and the turn signal out warning popped back on the second I drove away. (One of the issues I asked to be fixed and was originally charged for). Took It back to them promptly, and Says they can’t duplicate the issue but refuse to drive it to duplicate the issue. Kraig the service manager will not stand behind his technicians work, is full of ticky tacky petty charges to try and not drive the vehicle to duplicate issues. I offered to let their tech drive my vehicle after hours and over weekend. He basically refused. When truck is picked up it doesn’t even make it home before triggering the issue I brought it to them for twice now. Do not trust Kraig or his team for competent work or even a general customer treatment. They will probably say I’m an ex employee who has a grudge, however I have been bringing my vehicles to Lanphere for years and have purchased 4 of my last 5 vehicles from them because they are a great organization, Kraig single handedly ruined a 10+ year relationship. Other than Kraig and the newberg dodge team the Lanphere organization was a wonderful group to work for. Sad to see…. More
