Omar Gonzalez is the reason for my 5 stars Because of a less than satisfactory experience in the past and a feeling that I might be in for more disappointment, I had decided to avoid Naples Acu Because of a less than satisfactory experience in the past and a feeling that I might be in for more disappointment, I had decided to avoid Naples Acura. Then, along came Omar and things made a 180 degree turn. This fine young man has what every customer would desire in a salesperson, integrity. Omar is loaded with knowledge yet, because he is new, he never answers a question until he is certain of the facts. Omar is a professional in the very best sense of the word, eager to make a sale of course, but not if it means taking advantage of the customer. Rather, he works tirelessly to provide options, transparent with the facts, allowing the buyer to feel comfortable in weighing the choices presented. So yes, Omar changed my mind but not through trickery, false promises or by hiding the small print. He accomplished this by instilling in my suspicious mind, a sense of trust. His unwavering determination, calm demeanor and complete sincerity are qualities which, in today’s world, I feared had vanished. I bought my beautiful car which Omar himself delivered to me, all the way to Cape Coral, and spent much time explaining all the new functions. I am so content, no second thoughts, nothing but gratitude for this amazing young man who went far and above the norm to make this happen. Naples Acura, you are doggone lucky to have him. More

I walked off of the lot with a used but like brand new car and received superb customer service. They truly cared about where my money was going and for that I am thankful.
