Norm picked me and my daughters up from the airport and made the entire experience enjoyable. Jack and Omar were also great to work with. I visited two Toyota dealerships within 10 miles of my home and couldn't get anyone to even sit down with me, even after I made an appointment. Although I wasn't in the market for an Acura, this dealership treated me better than any I've ever worked with. More
