I just purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox LT on Monday 3/17. I worked with Amanda who is a new sales rep and want to share what an excellent car buying experience I had. She is very customer focused; listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. After my test drive she teamed up with an experienced rep, Colby, to continue the process. The camaraderie and teamwork at this dealership stands out, it is truly amazing! We discussed several models and trims and the three of us looked at more cars. Once I made the decision to purchase the Equinox, Amanda & Colby said I would be able to take the car home that same day. While I worked with Omar on the financing, they ensured the car was detailed and ready with a full tank of gas. Omar made the finance portion of the day go very smoothly with his attention to detail and focus on my needs as the customer. I had a trade-in and to save me a trip back to Mendon, Amanda followed me home to get the title to my car to ensure the registration was done timely. Great follow-up by Amanda. She called me the next day to ensure I was happy with my new SUV and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Tuesday night she called to let me know the registration was in, I made arrangements to meet her Wednesday morning. On Wednesday we discussed different features on the car and she showed me how to pair my smart phone up with the car. This is my first SUV and I am enjoying it very much. I will highly recommend Imperial Chevrolet to others. More

I met Willie Landry, drove the car I had been looking at, and Willie took a test drive with me and then took me through the buying process. He introduced me to Omar Ihjul, who helped me with the financing end of the sale. I was driving the new car home within an hour and a half of arriving at Imperial. It was the best car buying experience I have had! And an added benefit was looking at all the terrific sports memorabilia in the showroom. Thank you, Willie and Omar! More
