I did not feel any pressure or the feeling of being rushed. After the purchase was finalized, he placed the new car mats in the car then explain how to use my upgrades. Absolutely amazing! A+++ I purchased a Civic SI from Jay honda. I have to say I hate dealing with dealerships but this was unlike anything I have ever experienced! Ira sold me I purchased a Civic SI from Jay honda. I have to say I hate dealing with dealerships but this was unlike anything I have ever experienced! Ira sold me my car and he was so knowledgeable along with friendly and willing to help at any turn I felt like he was my best friend from years ago. Omar in the next desk kept me laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. Mike in finance was more than just great. Extremely friendly and such a fun guy! The combination of those 3 guys made everything worth it. I will never purchase from anyone but those 3 guys especially Ira. Would I go back! HECK YES!! More

He was so nice to my wife and I and was so knowledgeable about the process and van. We went to another dealer (Kia) before visiting with Omar and it was night and day, the other dealer tried all the "tricks" and we left feeling like we were taken advantage of. Not the case with Omar, Michael Schaefer and all the people at Jay Honda. While we waited for financing to come through everyone in the dealership was incredibly friendly, the gentleman whose desk was next to Omar's (Ira Jackson-Carpenter) was very friendly as well. I cannot express how happy I am with my experience with Omar and everyone at Jay Honda, not to mention the great deal we got on the Van. They didn't try any "tricks" and were very upfront with us, they gave us a great deal on our trade in and we couldn't be happier. When I hear of a friend/family or stranger mention they are on the market for a car, I will be sending them to Omar. Jay Honda and Omar have earned my business for life. AWESOME experience As I walked in the dealership I was greeted by 2 salesmen. Omar introduced himself and asked me my name. He had a very inviting personality and an inf As I walked in the dealership I was greeted by 2 salesmen. Omar introduced himself and asked me my name. He had a very inviting personality and an infectious smile. He asked what brought me in and I explained I was interested in information about the Honda Coupe. I also explained that I had had a bad experience at a competitor and he assured me that he was there to provide me with the information that I needed and help assist me with any questions or concerns I had. There was NO pressure about my credit background or pressure to buy. We looked at a couple models and he explained the difference between an Accord and a Civic.I saw a Civic that I liked and he explained all the features and different packages and accessories. I also had questions about the difference between purchasing and leasing. He explained it in terms that I could understand and never pressured me about my credit history or how soon I would be purchasing. After a test drive I decided on the Coupe and leasing. We filled out the necessary paperwork. When he realized that the wait would be a little longer than usual he suggested that I go have dinner and come back in about an hour and a half. When I arrived back I had about a 10 minute wait before I was able to see Patsy the finance person who was also very friendly. Patsy had me in and out within a matter of about 15 min. Omar handed me the keys and spent an additional 15 minutes explaining some of the cars features. I felt very emotional and overwhelmed! I had no idea I would be leaving with a new car that day, but Omar was very confident that I would . He made me feel like a close friend or family member, like I had known him for years when in fact it was only a few hours. My experience was outstanding from the time I walked in till the time I left! I am a LIFETIME customer and will HIGHLY recommend Jay Honda and Omar to any one looking to purchase or lease a new car.
