THE SALESMAN OMAR WAS EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY.hE WAS MUCH BETTER THAT I EXPECTED AND I ALREADY HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS DUE TO MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH THE DEALERSHIP 2.5 YEARS AGO. VERY LAID BACK,VERY PERSONABLE,WELL VERSED ON A LOT OF TOPICS OUTSIDE OF THE AUTO DEALERSHIP. HIS BEST ATTRIBUTE THOUGH WAS THAT HE DIDNT MAKE ME"feel good" BECAUSE HE DIDNT "MAKE" ME FEEL ANYTHING. YOU COULD TELL THAT HE WAS GENERALLY INTERESTED IN ME,AND I BELIEVE PEOPLE IN GENERAL HES JUST AN ALL-AROUND GOOD GUY. AND HES BEEN VERY PROACTIVE AFTER THE SALE WHICH I WAS SURPRISED ABOUT.iWOULD GIVE HIM 6 STARS OUT OF FIVE. ALKO KUDDOS FOR JEFF WHOM I MET BRIEFLY AND I VERY MUCH ENJOYED TALKING TO FINANCE MGR. PATSY. i WOULD NOT ONLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP BUT I WOULD ACTUALLY ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO SEE JAY. MOSE WAS GREAT 2.5 YEARS AGO TOO ALTHOUGH HE WAS ILL THIS TIME AROUND. LOVE THE CAR,THE ONLY THING I AM TROUBLE WITH SO FAR IS THE IGNITION TUMBLER A LITTLE BIT. I was on my guard going into the whole car purchase process, but Omar set me at ease from the start. I had worked with a few different dealerships and sales individuals and Omar quickly rose to the to process, but Omar set me at ease from the start. Even after the sale was done he had contacted my insurance company and gave them the VIN number of my new car so that I only needed to authorize the addition when I arrived home. This was a five star process and I will do ALL of my car shopping with Omar and Jay Honda. More

I am so happy with my experience and couldn't be happier with my new car. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a friendly face in Omar. The best part of the experience was feeling that I could trust a "car salesman". At every step I felt as though he was more concerned about my happiness with the overall experience than his bottom line. Right after my first visit I knew I wanted to lease my car form him.
