He was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the vehicles we were considering, but what stood out most was his patience and genuine commitment to helping us make the right decision. Joel took the time to thoroughly explain the differences and features between the Honda Civic and HR-V, allowing us to carefully consider which vehicle would best fit our family’s lifestyle. Ultimately, we decided on the HR-V EX-L, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Joel provided exceptional customer service from start to finish and made the car-buying process much less stressful.
