Seguin Chevrolet as a business could do a bit better. Parts guys talking in Spanish on the phone except for the "F Bomb" being dropped numerous times while a customer is waiting is not acceptable. He didn't care whether he helped me or not, didn't understand when I said I needed a jug of "anti-freeze". He finally understood when I tried to explain what it did and mentioned the word "coolant". Second complaint, when purchased, there was an expensive package added by the dealer to cover door edge protection. My truck is several months old and these have already been replaced 4 times now. The service department said they know nothing of these and said it was up to the sales department to make it good some way getting ones that will stick. They suggested I buy aftemarket door edge trim; after paying big dollars for this in their "protection package". The guys who put the strips on have started making me return some other day, when they aren't so busy to replace the defective strips. This is appearing to be a non-ending story of door edge protection that will not stay on the door and no one seems to want to address the issue.
