They use every old trick in the book. They use only their own financing. We liked our salesperson, Oscar but There seemed to be a lot of confusion between ALL the managers and the sal They use only their own financing. We liked our salesperson, Oscar but There seemed to be a lot of confusion between ALL the managers and the salesperson about how “things” worked. There is a “mandatory” package upcharge for wheel locks, clear coat and upholstery protection. We did not want it and they did not take it off the sale until the 11th hour and did not wish to accept financing from our bank. In the end we were able to purchase the car without the add on and they magically found cheaper financing for us than our bank which was great but they certainly didn't mention that before. All in all a very frustrating experience-probably the worst car-buying experience we have ever had. More
