They sold me a lemon Well i bought a 2014 crv from Chrysler dodge and 2 days after i brought that car home i noticed my car was shacking so i brought it to a Honda dealers Well i bought a 2014 crv from Chrysler dodge and 2 days after i brought that car home i noticed my car was shacking so i brought it to a Honda dealership to have it checked out they told me the whole front end needs to be replaced so i took it back to Kernersville dodge and they checked my crv out for the first time and said it was to expensive for them to fix that they won't fix it and i said i wasn't going to pay for it to be fixed because they sold me a lemon i didn't even have that car for 2 weeks they told me to to pick a different car and i asked the salesman why they sold me that car and he told me they don't check there vehicles because they sell them to quick THAT IS ILLEGAL the salesman told me they WON'T sell me a car unless i trade that car in and i repeated YOU SOLD ME A LEMON he laughed so now I'm paying 14 thousand for a 10 thousand dollar car Chrysler dodge are crooks i went back to talk to the head financial broker and he laughed at me and said he won't help me I REPEAT DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE More

Since that date, we’ve been dealing with insurance, cops, sheriffs, convicts (alleged), lawyers...etc.! It’s really been incredibly stressful. I’ve cried quite a few times. Add the fact I HATE buying cars, and this whole situation has stressed me out to the maximum. We are a Jeep family, so we reached out to the Internet sales team at the dealership. Lindsay reached out right away. We met the coolest guy, Omar, who was so awesome (like, I want to be his friend in real life), and he was so relaxed and chill. He let us have the freedom we needed to make decisions without a heavy-handed sales pitch. LOVE HIM! We just got our certified pre-owned Jeep! Easiest paperwork experience ever too! Wahid was amazing and fast. He helped me notch off an additional WHOLE POINT on my APR. I love y’all. HANDS DOWN best experience I’ve had purchasing a car ever. Consider me sold. More

Failed to disclose damage - no call back from sales manager Purchased a used 2014 suv 5 days ago. I failed to get a third party to inspect the car prior to purchasing (my fault), but the dealer assured me there Purchased a used 2014 suv 5 days ago. I failed to get a third party to inspect the car prior to purchasing (my fault), but the dealer assured me there were no issue with the car, I test drove it. . When I got home, I looked under the car and noticed the entire undercarriage, engine were crusted in mud, the metal strip on the water sealers on the driver side was corroded and fell apart . Took the car to a local body shop, and was told there was water damage. I contact my sales persons, made them aware of the water damage and provided the pictures 5 days ago to support my claim. I requested the sales manager to contact me to resolve this matter. To this date, the sales manager has not even reached out to discuss my claim. Not inspecting the car was my fault. Not having the sales manager contact me after repeated requests and after making a claim is unprofessional and unacceptable. More

I didn't lie about anything so I drove 3 hours to get there and they said they could only give me me $20,000 less than what they had originally told me so I wasted a whole day to go down there and listen to their lies....However Omar helped us with looking at a new truck while they were looking at mine he was a great guy to deal with just wished he worked for a dealership that was worth anything! NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More
