We recently purchased a new Highlander here and our sales representative,Omari, was amazing. So kind , patient and knowledgeable. Fast forward four weeks and my beautiful car was scratched. Shelby helped m representative,Omari, was amazing. So kind , patient and knowledgeable. Fast forward four weeks and my beautiful car was scratched. Shelby helped me find out if it was warranty covered. It wasn’t, but she helped me and scheduled the scratch repair for the very same day. She was so helpful and kind and had great communication. Matt provided excellent shuttle service both ways while my car was repaired back to perfect. Everyone was amazing! More

The team at Shottenkirk Toyota was outstanding. Omari and Jared the two sales people I worked for were extremely knowledgeable and were professional and never pressured me.
