I cannot rate Roxana because I really didn't spend more than 5 minutes with her. The team at Kia DTLA was great to work with and they persevered through some tough times to finance the vehicle. They could improve some on their handoffs from person to person. It was confusing to me on who to call for what. I worked with 3 people on the sales side, 2 people on the finance side.
